TOS (terms of service) – ENGLISH

§1 — General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the triko.store online shop, operated by an individual specialising in handcrafted bases, custom electronics, and individual commission work. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available on the shop’s website. Continued use of the shop after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

§2 — Age Restrictions

The seller reserves the right to refuse a sale to any person who:

• is under 15 years of age,
• regardless of stated age, appears immature or unaware of the purchase conditions.

Where reasonable doubt exists, the seller may request age verification and suspend fulfilment of the order until such verification is provided.

§3 — Commissions (Custom Orders)

A commission is any order produced to the individual specifications of the buyer (e.g. a Protogen base built to a custom design, bespoke electronic components, etc.).

Payment schedule:

• 1st instalment — 30% of total price — due before work begins,
• 2nd instalment — 30% of total price — due during production,
• 3rd instalment — 40% of total price — due before dispatch.

The above schedule is not fixed and may be adjusted for individual commissions by prior agreement with the buyer.

The first instalment (30%) is non-refundable once the seller has commenced work on the order. It constitutes compensation for time and materials invested at the preparatory stage.

If a completed item is not paid in full within 30 calendar days of the buyer being notified that it is ready for dispatch, the seller acquires the right to list that item for sale in the shop without further obligation to the original buyer. Previously paid instalments will not be refunded.

§4 — Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

• items made to order or personalised (subject to a customisation service),
• discounted items (sold as part of a sale or price promotion).

Conditions for accepting a return of other products:

• the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving a reason
• the item must be unused and in its original, undamaged condition,
• original packaging and all components must be intact and complete,
• the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer,
• before returning an item, the buyer must contact the seller — via any platform or by e-mail: admin@triko.store.

Parcels returned without prior notification will not be accepted.
